SPEAKER INTRODUCTION
Christos Monokroussos –Technical expert and director of the competence center for R&D for TÜV Rheinland. Christos's activities in TÜV Rheinland focus on R&D in the fields of characterization of solar cells and PV-modules, quality control of measurement systems, standardization progress and PV-module reliability. Christos earned his doctorate degree in photovoltaics in the Centre of Renewable Energy Systems Technology (CREST), Loughborough University, UK. 
SPEAKER INTRODUCTION
Wenyi Gong – Assistant Project Manager at TÜV Rheinland – holds a Master degree in Sustainable Resource Management from the Technical University of Munich in Germany and Bachelor degree in Environmental Engineering from Tongi University in China.
She started to devote herself into renewable energy business in TÜV Rheinland PV Power Plants & System department from 2017, supporting clients including lenders, investors, EPC companies and other stakeholders in PVPP projects to mitigate technical risk and financial loss especially from supply chain quality assurance aspects. She has been involved in hundreds of PV Power Plants projects globally exceeding 3GW. 
SPEAKER INTRODUCTION
Sebastian Petretschek – General Manager and Global Head PV Power Plants at TÜV Rheinland – holds a Diploma degree in Technology Management from the University of Stuttgart, Germany and has spent parts of his studies at Tsinghua University in Beijing, China.
He has been active in the renewable energy business since 2009. For C&I and large-scale PV Power Plant projects he has supported lenders, investors, EPC companies and other parties in the development, construction, commissioning and operation of assets on six continents.
Further, Sebastian is a specialist for quality assurance along the value chain of PV components, particularly PV modules. In addition, Sebastian is the Director of the Global Technical Competence Center for PV Power Plants.
