Training Programme

PCN Ultrasonic Phased Array / PAUT Training

The certificate is issued by the British Institute of Non-destructive Testing BINDT according to EN ISO 9712 standard, which is widely recognized by customers and owners in the European Union, North America, Australia and other regions of Asia, Africa and Latin America with high reputation.

This programme provides detailed instructions on the inspection of ferritic welds products by the use of phased array ultrasonic testing. Suitable only for holders of current, valid UT certification approved and accepted by PCN.

EN ISO 9712 in NDT Methods VT/UT/MT/PT/RT Level 2 Training

EN ISO 9712 (formerly EN473 standard) provides global best practice requirements for the qualification and certification of people who perform industrial NDT. NDT personal qualification is required in EU Directives for PED/TEPD/CPR, and/or building steel structure CE certification, railway welding system EN 15085 etc.

SNT-TC-1A in NDT Methods VT/UT/MT/PT/RT Level 2 Training

SNT-TC-1A is standard issued by American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT), and the final NDT personnel qualification certificate will be endorsed by the employer.

NDT personnel who hold this certificate can perform inspection according to standards such as ASME\ASTM\AWS\API. With a team of experienced ASNT Level 3 personnel, TÜV Rheinland can play the role as an authorized external training provider for the enterprise to train the NDT personnel according to SNT-TC-1A.

Welding Visual Inspector Training

This is an internal training course specially in response to customer and market’s demand, aiming to train non-NDT personnel such as welders, welding engineers, procurement personnel and quality personnel to be able to conduct weld appearance inspection.

We can conduct special visual inspection training according to ASME/AWS/API and ISO5817/EN ISO10042 or other specification required by enterprises, and issue a training certificate for visual inspectors after the training.

PCN Level 3 NDT Personnel Training and Examination in Methods UT/MT/PT/VT

We will provide the perfect online learning + offline tutoring and exam opportunities for Level 3 personnel.

Online training program allows you to work and track their progress through the course at your own convenience. This provides the opportunity to spend more time on and revisit specific areas of the course that are not fully understood.
